- Keeping record of office expenditure
- Maintaining office policies & admin systems
- Good secretarial skills & diary management experience
- Basic IT skills
- Excellent communication & writing skills
- Ability to work closely with office staff & other departments
- Drivers license
- Basic finance & bookkeeping experience

Applicant will also be responsible for:
Reception duties, being the point of contact for suppliers & ensuring office supplies/resources are restocked, maintaining health policies and managing health & safety procedures, meeting planning, assisting with staff appraisals & training. Being able to assist with whatever is needed to keep the office running smoothly.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (preferred)
