**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Grade 12 certificate.
- 3+ years working experience in the same or similar role.
- Tertiary qualification in office management.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Carry out general office duties.
- Administrative duties to support the organization.
- Filing of contracts and documents for all the businesses in the group.
- Must be detailed orientated with excellent time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office package (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Provide general support to visitors.
