Pretoria, South Africa Office of the Valuer General Full time

**Assist on all administrative requirements for all OVG and projects and programmes.** Maintain a project registry of all PMO documentation. Take appropriate security measures for documents and equipment. Use an appropriate configuration management process to control the changes to the PMO documentation. Assist the change control process, by logging change requests, tracking and updating and recording changes requests to PMO documentation. Compile reports and distribute them as required. Act as the custodian for the reporting and resolution of issues and risks process. Maintain the project issue and risk registers, plans and actions.

**Develop and maintain a project registry. **Create, update and maintain key project documentation. Ensure that all project registers are updated accordingly. Follow up on the items documented in the project registers with various stakeholders.

**Handle all valuations queries. **Track all valuations as they processed. Facilitate quicker resolution of client queries. Advice your manager on any valuations issues that may create client dissatisfaction.

**Fulfil all project administration and coordination related issues. **Coordinate requests from project stakeholders. Update the project plans. Provide and maintain project minutes. Maintain project templates in line with the PMO framework.

**Coordinate all Valuations Projects. **Ensure that all valuations requests are properly registered. Maintain and update all valuations that are executed by the valuation’s teams. Interact with clients to obtain the required information. Manage the relations with all valuations service providers.

**Formal Qualifications**: National Diploma in Project Management / National Diploma in Public Administration / Public Management / Real Estate (e.g., Property Management) or bachelor’s degree in Project Management / advance diploma in Project Management / Business Administration / IT / Real Estate (e.g., Property Management) / BCOM.
