Performance Management and Administration Officer

Ensuring that the public representative performance management process is implemented uniformly and consistently in the province
- Assisting the Provincial Support Services Manager with the effective and efficient functioning of support services in the province
- Providing general administrative support to operational management
**Minimum requirements**:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Experience in administrative functions, with a focus on data capturing
- Experience in performance management
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Computer literacy at intermediate level
**Skills**:
- Written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
**Abilities**:
- Process and understand complex regulations
- Multi-task and/or manage several projects simultaneously
- Organisational abilities
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
- Outcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientated
- Function well under pressure against tight deadlines
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Work well under pressure
- Work independently
**Knowledge and Commitment**:
- Knowledge of Party policies and Constitution (advantageous)
- Commitment to the Democratic Alliance principles, policies and program of action
- Willingness to go the extra mile, which may include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
