**Job Purpose**:
To manage the key performance areas and result indicators associated with the provision of an
effective administrative service to core service delivery functions.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Identifies and defines the immediate, short and long term objectives/plans associated with the
provision of administrative support to the Roads Provision Department.
Manages the implementation of financial controls/procedures and provides information to
support financial planning.
Manages the utilisation of staff, develops them and monitors their performance.
Manages the implementation of procedures and systems associated with controlling document
flow, quality systems/statutory and audit requirements regulating recordkeeping.

**Essential Requirements**:
Relevant 3 year tertiary qualification, i.e. National Diploma or Degree.
Valid motor vehicle driver’s licence (Code EB)
4 Years relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.

**Preferred Requirements**:
Relevant post graduate qualification.
6 Years relevant experience.
