Our client a leader in Cash management processes is dynamic Contact centre is seeking a young dynamic contact centre advisor who has outstanding communication skills.you will be responsible for outbound calls ,mails,and cases within the SLA. Handle all client issues and complaints,keep them abreast with the progress of their case.FLT and FCR, liaising with vendors and internal teams,data analysis and reports. own transport a definite advantage
**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
