- Bookkeeping diploma
- Intermediate knowledge of excel

**GENERAL**:

- Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts (insurers, bankers and brokers)
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Develop operational mechanisms that minimize financial risk.

**FINANCIAL INSURANCE DUTIES**:

- You will be responsible for the following:

- Reconcile monthly collection tapes per Insurer and Broker
- Rejections uploaded and communicated to Brokers
- Bank reconciled to bordereaux per insurer and broker
- Monthly payments made on time to relevant parties
- Monthly bords and POPs sent to relevant parties
- Insurer Collect - Commission Statements requested and allocated on SystemA
- Journals (reconcile on System) Receipts vs Bordereaux
- Invoicing of Binder fees
- Claims recon
- Claim payments and share POP/Statements to claims department
- SASRIA SATIB payments
- Daily Cover to be reconciled and paid over to Qsure
- Debtors and creditors
