**Core Description**:
Responsible for providing inputs in the development and implementation of the strategies to improve the Openserve’s Brand and to ensure the correct message is conveyed to external parties. Required to manage interphases with various internal role players, external Agencies etc. Assist with the compilation of media broadcasts - all mediums. Responsible for various events from beginning to the end.

**Responsibilities**:
**Overall Portfolio management**
- Manage and engage external agencies and partners
- Reporting
- Contracting and supplier sourcing support to Procurement
- Budget processing and management
- Training and facilitation

**Brand Management**
- Leadership profiling and thought leadership activity
- Brand management and Corporate ID management
- Property and asset brand management

**Portfolio Management**
- Develop and execute fully integrated B2B and B2B2C communication strategies to drive brand awareness, product education and lead generation.
- Key stakeholder relationship management.
- Premium partnership programme development and management
- Establishment (SMB and Gated Community) customer engagement - relationship management and access (planning, execution and agency management)
- Support Sales strategy, product education and Brand positioning: Develop and execute strategic Sales support initiatives, ABM.

**ISP partnership and support**
- Client strategic engagements and ABM activities - support Sales strategy
- Programme development, execution and management
- Key stakeholder relationship management

**Manage creative design and content on digital platforms**

**Required Certification**:
None

**Qualifications**:
Relevant 3-year degree/ diploma (NQF level 6)

**Experience**:
5 Years relevant experience

**Special Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to work extended hours and/shifts based on business requirements
- Willing to travel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Need to be able to think beyond the short term
