**Role Purpose**

The purpose of this role is to strategically leverage content and public relations for the Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Group and its brands. The primary focus is on developing effective strategies, creating engaging stories about our business, and executing them through appropriate channels to facilitate business growth. Additionally, this role will play a supportive role in enhancing the content and PR capabilities of product teams by sharing best-in-class practices across the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 6 to 8 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
- 5 to 6 years’ management experience.
- Proven experience in Digital Content Strategy development and execution.
- Proven experience of knowledge building capability in PR and Digital Content.
- Strong understanding of public relations practices and media relations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate commercial leadership experience is desirable.
- Track record of success in highly demanding organisations.
- Solid understanding of existing and trending digital platforms.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Develop and Manage Digital Content:
- Develop and deepen an understanding of MMH group, its brands, and offerings to ensure the effective delivery of 3-5-year strategy in line with MMH’s strategic objectives.
- Create and execute a cohesive Digital Content strategy that aligns with our brand positioning and marketing objectives.
- Responsible for amplifying campaigns on digital and PR platforms and driving the digital media strategy, content strategy, PR strategy and developing an integrated leads generation process for the business.
- Oversee all digital marketing needs ensuring that our digital marketing campaigns run smoothly.
Designing, building and maintaining the company’s social media presence.
- Brainstorming innovating and out-of-the-box growth strategies.
- Manage the planning, executing, and measurement of experiments as well as conversion tests.
- Collaborating with internal teams to design landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Utilise strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels as well as customer touch points.
- Instituting conversion points and optimise user funnels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, enhance and align content initiatives within the group and ensure cohesive execution to deliver a consistent brand message across all channels.

**Lead Public Relations**:

- Develop and implement a strategic PR plan that enhances brand visibility and reputation.
- Lead and develop creative, thoughtful and impactful proactive communications activities to get ahead of and mitigate potential threats to the organisation.
- Develop company positioning on key issues - working in partnership with MMH leadership and key business partners.
- Develop and utilise measures of impact and return on investment to eliminate inefficiencies and enable effective decision making around revenue growth, market share, marketing intelligence and profitability.
- Where applicable and appropriate, drive the continuous compliance to organisational policies, practices and procedures in order to ensure compliance to relevant legislations and statutory regulations.
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company, effectively communicating key messages to the media and the public.
- Monitor and manage media inquiries and press mentions.

**Tech Enablement**:

- Use the latest technology and mechanisms to effectively deliver messaging to target audiences, including mobile, video, and social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok etc).
