Delivery Administrator

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to the following:

- Assist Delivery Managers with the tracking of engagements.
- Ensure correct company processes are followed.
- Document Action Items and next steps for all engagements
- Follow up with Team members to ensure the completion of tasks within timelines
- Escalate any engagement concerns to Delivery Managers
- Prepare Service Delivery Tracking Documents (internal and External)
- Create a Weekly Engagement Checklist
- Create Engagement Kick off presentations
- Create Service Delivery Engagement Action Items
- Prepare and send Sign off documents to customers
- Manage invoice requests for completed engagements
- Assist with the scheduling of the meetings
- Check relevant project documentation has been submitted
- Schedule internal meetings with required team members
- Provide availability of team members for customer meetings

**Requirements**:

- Experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS suite of products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Beneficial Skills:

- A background in Project Management.
- Knowledge of IT technologies.
