Luxury Hotel in Cape Town s looking for a Front Desk Agent responsible for providing exceptional customer service, checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
**Requirements**:
- Formal qualification in Hospitality advantageous
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Working knowledge of Opera
- International experience advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fast & accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Highly professional and well groomed
- High professional standard of customer service, ascertained through feedback from internal and external customers
