Administrative Assistant

**Duties**:
Overseeing and maintaining the office
Scheduling meetings and supporting with clients, projects and visitors to the workshop
Administrative duties such as, but not limited to filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, ordering, receiving of orders, project safety files, induction and tasks
OHS and EHS
Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Stock take, maintenance, ordering and controls
Developing and maintaining a filing system
Processing, preparing spreadsheets and delivery notes
Responsible for office tasks and project related tasks
Maintaining office services by organising office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
**Required**:
Diploma in business administration preferable
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent communication skills in English - verbal and written
Command of other languages is highly beneficial
Leadership skills
Self-management
Must be able to work alone and in a team
Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage deadlines and deliverables
A willingness to work with others and respect their views
Confidence and acumen with numbers
Lateral thinking
Problem-solving
Diploma (or degree)
Advanced-level skills in Word for Windows and Microsoft PowerPoint, Access and Microsoft Excel
