A catering company has a position available for a catering manager / assistant catering manager at a private hospital in Pietermaritzburg. The successful person needs the following qualities:

- A minimum of 3 years hospitality experience in a private hospital
- A passion for food
- Own transport
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
- Ability to work within a budget
- Knowledge of hygiene standards
- the ability to work long hours
- The ability to start immediately or with short notice
- Chef qualification will be advantageous

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
