**Job requirements and experience**:
- A relevant master’s degree (Nursing).***
- Be conversant with higher education environment.
- Registration with the statutory body (SANC).
- Four (4) years’ experience in campus health.
- Three (3) years’ experience in managerial position.
- Experience in counselling, training and development.
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management issues.
- Knowledge and experience in Financial Management.
- Knowledge and experience in Nursing Management.
- Knowledge and experience in adolescence and youth friendly services
(AYFS).
- Knowledge and experience in Performance Management.
- Ability to deal with staff and students matters fairly and consistently.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft office).
- Experience in the performing research, interpretation and use of data.
**Job description**:
The incumbent should be able to:
- Organize the Health Care Services.
- Manage human resource and perform management functions.
- Manage departmental Finances.
- Ensure Quality Assurance and work procedures.
- Collaborate and strengthen relationships with external partners to enhance
the quality of the campus health services.
- Establish strategic performance, planning and evaluation systems.
- Conduct, review and enforce policies and procedures.
- Improve programmes and systems that coordinate student services.
