- Service & Menu Knowledge
- Opening and closing of restaurant / daily procedures, cash ups, compliance checks
- Ability to work well under pressure
- High attention to detail and good organisational skills
- ensuring a clean restaurant at all times
- motivating waitron staff
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health & safety
- Effective communication between BOH and FOH teams
- Must have own reliable transport
