Human Resources Assistant

Winning Form has an exciting opportunity available for an Operations Assistant to be based in Umhlanga, Durban. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for processing administration; scheduling appointments; conducting orientation; maintaining records and information. Assisting with day to day operation of the Human Resource function and duties.
**Minimum requirements**:**
- 1 - 2 administration experience
- Experience with labour legislation (EE Act, BCEA, Labour Relations)
**Advantageous**:
- A Valid Driver’s License.
- Completed or studying towards a relevant diploma or degree.
**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Selection**
- Source and shortlist applicants on selected vacancies.
- Scheduling interviews for HR, Talent Acquisition and management teams.
- Ensuring all required documents are received from the applicants timeously.
- Capturing of fingerprints and the submission thereof
- Ensuring that all new employee details and documents are accurately submitted to Payroll before cut-off date of each month.
**On Boarding**
- Assist with the scheduling of induction for new team members, inclusive of OHS induction.
- Ensuring all required HR related training is scheduled and a facilitator is allocated.
**Terminations**
- Ensure relevant parties are timeously informed of terminations.
- Consolidate termination data on internal trackers.
- Assist with offboarding processes and queries.
**Employment Equity**
- Updating of EE analysis on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring that all EE meeting registers and minutes are signed and saved.
- Taking meeting minutes as and when required.
**Industrial Relations**
- Assist with the tracking of IR actions
- Ensure signed warnings are uploaded on the system timeously
**Maintenance of HRIS**
- Transactional administrative functions entail data capturing, updated record keeping and regular team member file audits.
**Adhoc responsibilities**
- Adhoc reporting as required
- Adhoc duties when necessary
