- ** Database Management**: Keep the rhythm of our databases in check - accuracy, integrity, and security are your backstage passes.
- ** Report Generation**: Your insights will be the highlight reel, creating and maintaining reports that guide our decision-making groove.
- ** AI Software**: Let's harmonize with AI to enhance data analysis and supercharge our business processes.
- ** Cloudbase Uploading**: Manage the cloud vibes, ensuring our data is securely stored and easily accessible.
- ** Workflow process**: Manage the internal processes around workflow.
- ** Secretarial functions**: Organise, plan, coordinate and prepare documents for the management team.
- ** Office Management**: Responsible for a smooth operating office
**Qualifications and Skills that Hit the Right Notes**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager
- you've headlined in roles ideally within travel, tourism, or hotels.
- Familiarity with AI software and cloud-based document management systems - you're on a first-name basis with the future
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills that groove with the best.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills that keep the rhythm tight.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills - you're the collaborator we've been looking for.
- Exceptional MS Office Skills.
