Bosch is looking to employ an experienced Driver in the Office of the President Region Africa.

**The successful incumbent will be responsible for amongst other the following**:

- Chauffeur services for President Region Africa and driving of the company car, if and as required for security/safety reasons, in particular if the President cannot do that/is absent for business reasons
- Safe and timely transportation of documents to and from specific locations; management of a logbook.
- Airport transfers for the President as well as other Bosch employees (mainly for Regional Office and Corporate Office), of other Bosch guests (also in small busses), capacity permitting.
- Management of company leased vehicles, if and as time permits:

- Delivery and collection of assigned company leased vehicles for service, maintenance, repairs, etc., as necessary.
- License disc renewals for company leased cars (company proxy for license renewals).
- Assisting expats with traffic registry registrations and other traffic-related topics.
- Management of Netstar tracker profile with support of DSO office.

**Competencies required**:

- More than 30 years of driving experience, thereof at least 20 as professional driver.
- At least 15 years as chauffeur/shuttle service, including for senior executives/ large global companies.
- Several years of experience with secure/safe transport, experience with public transport (at least small busses).
- Good geographical knowledge of Gauteng and neighboring municipalities.
- Knowledge of road safety and national regulation standards.
- Excellent driving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic accounting/administration skills (matric+, ideally several years of experience).
- Basic car fixing skills.

**Personal Characteristics**:

- Non-smoker and not consuming any other similarly addictive substances, in particular those impeding driving skills.
- Very moderate social drinker of alcohol or less, so that availability on short notice is ensured.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Time conscious, reliable, and punctual.
- Must be willing and able to work outside of standard business hours.
- Honesty and integrity.
- Ability to relate well with members and non-members of the organisation.
- Good planning/organisation skills.
- Proficiency in the use of routine office equipment

**Qualifications**
- Matric certificate
- Valid driver’s license (Code 10) with a clean driving record
- Valid public driving permit.
- Advanced/defensive driving certificate or similar secure driving training
