- Liaising with venues and various other service operators to ensure excellent service delivery
- Update all transactions accurately into the database and excel schedules
- Keep on top of all booking deadlines for deposits, balance payments
- Ensure payments are received from clients in good time to meet deadlines
- Follow up provisional bookings and enquiries
- Keep accurate records and filing systems both computer and hard copy resources
- Adhoc Admin Duties
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric / Grade 12 min.
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- MS Office - proficiency in Excel / Word / Outlook
- Basic bookkeeping experience will be an advantage
- Tourism Certificate an advantage
- Marketing Certificate an advantage
- Physically fit an advantage
- Enjoy hiking and advantage
