A well established company based in Gauteng is seeking a Office Assistant / Receptionist.
Duties:
- Receptionist
- Maintain enrollment paperwork
- Customer services (Existing and New clients)
- Welcoming new clients and providing clients with company profile and quotation as well as discussing the course with the client until our operations staff arrive
- Processing of suppliers
- Ordering of stationery
- Ordering of monthly groceries for the hanger and the main terminal
- Filing
- Archiving
- General office duties
- Month end preparation
- Will be overseeing weekend staff
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Office Administration
- Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
- Accounts experience
