**Purpose of the position**:
Assisting in leading a team of Emergency Roadside Assist agents in a 24/7 call centre environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and assuming full management responsibility for your team
- Ensuring that emergency calls are answered in time
- Resolving client queries and complaints
- Setting team targets and goals
- Reporting on and achieving KPIs
- Performance management and managing workloads
- Managing recruitment needs and disciplinary matters
- Coaching, training and developing staff regarding processes and procedures
- Maintaining internal and external relationships
- Enabling and environment for continuous development
- Managing various service provider relationships

**Requirements**:

- Matric (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ call centre experience
- Preference will be given to applicants with emergency assist call centre experience
- Customer relationships and service experience
- Must have proof of leadership skills
- Flexible working hours which may include working after-hours, night shifts and weekends
- Live the KP values
