**Purpose of the position**:
Ensuring the delivery of royal service to clients, offering full case management of all emergency cases for motor accident, mechanical breakdown and roadside assistance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating, following up and managing cases according to standard operating procedures
- Building customer interest in the services and products offered
- Providing customer service on the highest level
- Ensuring that customers are dealt with in an empathetic, professional and respectful manner
- Adhering to all call centre metrics
**Requirements**:
- Matric (essential)
- A minimum of 2 years’ inbound call centre experience (preference will be given to applicants with emergency assist call centre experience)
- Flexible working hours which may include working after-hours and weekends
