**_CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: _**
The ISS provides support to the Sales representative on tasks relating to sales administration to ensure a smooth
sales process.

**_KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:_**
- Generate work tickets as per customer specifications accurately
- Supply technical information to quote on the system
- Maintaining an excellent relationship between sales, production, and customer
- Ensure invoices are sent to client timeously
- Attend to queries and provided feedback in an efficient manner

**_QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:_**
- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Project management skills will be advantageous
- Intermediate computer skills

**_BEHAVIOURS & ATTRIBUTES: _**
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player
