Sales Orders Administrator

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Processing of Orders
Taking of Orders
Telephone Orders internally and externally
Ensuring all information captured and accurate
Data inputting of Items into the Systems
Pricing and Checking
Quantity and Volume
Verification of clients particulars or ensuring that there are correct purchase orders when processing invoices
Submitting of invoices for payment
Following up of invoices for payment when and if needed
Following up with deliveries
Following up with warehouse to ensure they goods have been sent to various clients
Providing excellent client services
Follow up with Suppliers when and if needed
All Administration needed and required and assisting other departments if assigned a duty and task
Involved with promotions
Checking stock availability if and when needed
Communicate with management when stock levels are low
Assist with stock taking adhoc
**Qualifications and Experience**:
Matric
1 - 3 Years FMCG Internal Orders / Internal Sales / Alcoholic or Bottle Store - Understanding of various wines and beverages and Foods
Alti Sales POS - Advantageous
MS Word
MS Outlook
MS Excel
