- Manual Invoicing of air tickets
- Daily balancing of GDS reports
- Monthly BSP recon
- Manual refund calculations
- Dealing with refund queries
- Processing and submitting refunds
- Processing of ADM disputes with airlines

**Skills, Experience & Education**:

- Proficient in English
- Exemplary customer-orientated approach
- Competent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience
- Attention to detail
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to work in a high volume-based environment.
- Advantageous - analytical skills and the ability to create useful and actionable reports from data

**Package & Renumeration**:
Attractive package market related, based on experience.
