**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional care and service to visitors, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to engage with the public and diverse groups effectively.
- Act as a proactive and engaged team member, contributing to the overall success of the Visitor Experience.
- Undertake stewarding duties as directed, including ticket checking, directing visitors, and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas.
- Ticket Office trained team members will additionally assist with ticket purchases, offer visitor guidance, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
- Work weekends and public holidays as required to meet operational needs.

**Requirements**:

- Reside in the Franschhoek/Paarl Area and be willing to commute.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Hold a Matric Certificate.
- Previous experience in the Tourism/Hospitality/Wine sector is essential.
- Tourism Guide Qualification is advantageous.
