**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- A track record of successfully executing, developing and deploying Salesforce implementations
- Responsible for customer communications and SPOC for Project Success.
- Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of the project
- Develops, reviews, and approves project plan(s) and scope; ensuring all facets of the project deliverables are met ; working with the team Organize sprints ,reflections and everyday stand-ups.
- Familiarity and Expertise with the Salesforce/CRM technology landscape.
- Exposure to Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others is preferred
- Provide regular updates to management thru Weekly status report, Risk, issues, CR and Budget.
- Review Team members timesheets and ensure it aligns with the project plan and approves it.
- Understanding of delivery best practices for Salesforce/CRM and rel and release management
- Strong background in the execution of projects involving salesforce integration.
- Ability to promote successful collaboration and internal communication across product teams as well as with other stakeholders, including architects.
- Constantly seeking to enhance the team's method of operation and challenging current procedures
- Strong financial and budget management skills, including cross-functional resource and cost planning, budget forecasting, actual tracking, etc.
- Focused on delivery and planning, managing priorities, dealing with stakeholders, and working with the team Organize sprints and reflections and everyday stand-ups.
- Ability to identify dependencies, risks and remove roadblocks in collaboration with the teams and product managers
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
- Excellent soft skills along with the ability to speak clearly and at ease with business and technical leaders.

**Key Qualifications/Required Skills**:

- Salesforce Project Manager, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Experience : Between 7 to 15 years of experience (min 7+ Years as PM)
- Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 - 10 Salesforce implementations with at least have a minimum 3 years of Salesforce project management experience
- Salesforce certification highly preferable
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Scrum Certification Preferable
- Should have managed projects / products in Agile with solid experience in JIRA and confluence

**Experience**:

- Project Manager: 7 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Salesforce Project Manager Certification (preferred)
