**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Role and Responsibilities: To support Logistics manager, responsible for day to day warehouse operations, staff management, maintaining the safety of the warehouse**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of finished goods.
- Ensure materials get issued to production as per planned matrix.
- Ensure FEFO,FIFO is maintained when picking the raw materials and packaging materials.
- To ensure all the finished goods stock get transferred to warehouse daily against the FG transfer slip.
- To submit daily finished goods summary list to UL.
- To ensure RTW materials get returned to warehouse timeously with a correct pallet identification label.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Managing inventory, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Effectively plan and allocate resources in order to meet daily operational requirements.
- Maintain a strong communication with production team as well as with other departments.
- Escalates issues to manager and recommends potential solutions.
- To ensure to submit the dead stock list on a weekly basis.
- To ensure all the returnable materials get returned to suppliers timeously.

**Health and Safety**:

- To ensure a safe working environment for self, colleagues and service providers by:

- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
- Ensure the warehouse team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness and compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure that any accidents and near misses are reported.
- Ensure that daily forklift inspections are carried out and defects reported and timeously rectified by the relevant service providers.
- Ensure that drivers adhere to all prescribe safety standards.
- Taking personal responsibility for own safety by reporting safety concerns.

**Compliance**:

- Ensuring Adherence to SOP’s.
- Ensuring that all duties are carried out in line with ISO standards.

**People management**:

- Train, mentor, and provide regular feedback to warehouse staff in order to cultivate their skills and expertise, enabling them to carry out their duties with utmost efficiency.
- Manage and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Maintain the daily staff attendance register.
