- Ensure the maintenance of company assets and information systems.
- Ensuring outbound operations is efficient and effective throughout the organisation.
- Planning, organising, and strategizing facility layout, process flow and the daily operations throughout our DC & Hub facilities
- Manage the design of facilities in so far as layout, product and process flow and operational systems.
- Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution dispatch operations.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the safety, motivation and disciplining of staff.
- Assess and make recommendations for facility planning, layout, capacity planning and operations processes in facilities and advise of cost implications and efficiency
- Provide meaningful Operations data to others in the organisation to aid Supply Chain and cost improvements
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
- Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change processes.
