Role Purpose:

- Needs to manage the AAES day to day business to meet all the criteria and revenue targets of this prestigious Apple appointment.
- Be sales driven within the education technology sector

As iStore Education GM you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with decision makers, and directly engaging with these clients on a regular basis to deliver sales objectives. You will work closely with education and retail teams to transform teaching and learning environments with Apple products. This position requires the ability to inspire and motivate groundbreaking change at the senior leadership level in schools and higher education institutes.

The iStore Education team is accountable for implementing and running Apple education programmes, forecasting, and strong focus on sales and development activities to achieve agreed objectives and targets.

The GM mobilises resources for growth and delivery. The GM builds and leads strong Education sales team, but is personally actively involved in sales. The GM will be successful in sales in their own right, as well as that of team targets.

You will present iStore Education solutions to the education market and demonstrate how Apple solutions can best meet customer needs. You will be a trusted advisor to education leaders who are looking for guidance on driving change into their learning environment. You will also provide education expertise and mentorship to customers to ensure effective implementation of Apple products and solutions.

You are responsible for driving growth and top-line revenue while obsessing over the customer experience. You solve technical and business problems and ensure success for both iStore Education and its customers working alongside extended Apple and iStore teams.

**Required Experience**:

- 10+ years proven experience working in a relevant industry domain

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing business plans and tactics to achieve targets
- Building strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with various stakeholders
- Driving your own and business unit sales targets
- Providing sales consulting on the integration and implementation of Apple products
- Providing direction to the education team. Establish performance measurements, track performance against those measurements and provide constructive feedback
- Working closely with Apple country and Core Distributor team
- Performing all personnel management activities for staff including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and salary management; supports professional development through job assignments and training
- Completing the required Apple sales training
- Ensuring AAES criteria met at all times

- Ability to work as part of a dynamic sales organisation.

- High level of energy and flexibility.
- Understanding how business financials work, and strategies for sustaining profitable growth
- Strong team management. Excellent personal communication with ability to build and develop relations internally and externally.
- Strong positive solutions sales skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and targets. Proven sales management and leadership skills, coupled with strong eye for business.
- Strong Relationship Building - Experience of developing strong commercial relationships with Education decision makers.
- Creativity in proposing new and different solutions
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently and within ambiguity.
