Business Co-ordinator

Sales support and growth
- Co-ordinate sample submissions to customers and continuously monitored progress and follow up as necessary.
- Budget Gap Analysis & contacting of customers telephonically on a daily basis.
- Weekly & Monthly preparation of sales reports for all sales divisions
- Ensure punctual and accurate completion of monthly target reports
- Ensure all quotations are followed up as necessary
- Customer centricity:
- Liaise daily with internal and external customers ensuring a high level of team collaboration.
- Ensure customer pricing and related communication is punctual and accurate
- Actively manage customer demand and translate into meaningful Forecasts and reports
- All KPI's in place to actively drive customer support
- Sales
- Co-ordinate with sales administrators in the capture of sales orders
- Pro-actively seek new business & identify sales leads and escalate them to external sales staff
- SHEQ
- Ensure all SHEQ and audit requirements are strictly adhered to
- Escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company products and services and managed customer feedback.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Post matric qualification will be preferable.
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience in sales and marketing within the food and beverage industry would be an advantage.
- Sales and Marketing - Thorough knowledge and understanding relating to the product, processes and methods.
- SAP & Syspro know how would be an advantage.
- Understanding and knowledge of MS Office and fully computer literate.
- GMP, HACCP, Hygiene & Housekeeping principles and procedures.
