Personal Assistant

We are seeking an experienced **Personal Assistant** to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Trust Department
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining Managers calendar/diary, scheduling appointments, making photocopies, filing and compiling complex documentation
- Act as Client Liaison with clients and ensuring relevant administrative processes are performed, signing of legal documents, follow up on outstanding information, client feedback and receiving clients for meetings
- Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
- Track deadlines to ensure legal documents are filed in a timely manner
- Maintain strict confidentiality of organisational and client information
- Responsible for daily trust administration of client accounts
- Drafting and administering trust resolutions, wills and other fiduciary documents
- Oversee general practice administration functions such as monthly billing, debtors and file reviews
- Ensure adherence and compliance to governing legislation and FICA requirements
- Transcribing and proofreading of legal documentation
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum Matric, relevant tertiary qualification highly recommended
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role
**Skills & Knowledge**:
- Technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- GhostPractice experience will be beneficial
- Administratively orientated
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
- Ability to work in a pressurised, fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s license
