Our client in the **construction industry** is looking for a **Buyer/HR Administrator** to join their team based in **Kempton Park**.

**Overall Job Description**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Buyer:

- Product selection and development.
- Product procurement - order management and supply chain planning.
- Supplier relationship management and price negotiation.
- Developing product performance analysis reports.
- Coordinating order operations with the team team.
- Monitoring stock quality.
- Assisting Brand Manager in brand development.

HR processes:

- Leave, payroll, and HR queries.
- HR related documentation.
- Contracts for new staff members.
- Issuing of any disciplinary documentation as required.

Personnel files:

- Updating of all personnel files and filing of documentation.

Payroll:

- Processing of timesheets / hours received into payroll system.
- Printing pay slips for staff as required.
- Month end journals and reconciliations.
- Statutory submission documentation for SARS.

**Qualities and Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a related field will be advantageous

The position in based in the office.

**Location**: Kempton Park, Johannesburg.

**Salary**: R25 000-R30 000

**Starting date**: As soon as possible.
