**Customer Success Representative**

We are looking for a hands-on customer success rep who can serve as a trusted partner to our customers.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years relevant work experience
- You have experience in managing/selling to clients before (customer service experience helpful and a customer-centric attitude necessary)
- You have the technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms
- You have great interpersonal and relationship-building skills along with excellent written presentation and oral communication skills
- You are results-driven, persistent and never give up until you hit or exceed your targets
- You are eager to learn, listen, know when to ask, and know when to march on
- You've worked in a fast paced environment before and thrived

***What will you be doing?**:

- Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers
- Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn
- Establish and oversee the customer onboarding process, platform adoption and training to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment
- Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Ensure customers remain satisfied by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades
- Facilitate the development of a community of like-minded TalentDesk.io users, routinely sharing best practices and leveraging lessons learned
- Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing them with the tech team
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
