**Marketing Manager**

**Pretoria**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services and achieve business objectives.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use the findings to shape marketing strategies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, events, and PR activities.

5. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and propose innovative marketing approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Develop and manage the marketing budget for specific projects, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media outlets.
9. Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing events, and conferences.

**Requirements**:
**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**

1. Relevant degree, 3- 5 years

2. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in developing and executing marketing strategies (understanding of the professional services industry is advantageous).
3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and techniques across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.

4. Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods to derive actionable insights.
5. Proficient in using marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively present ideas to diverse audiences.
7. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross -functional teams and influence decision-making.
8. Results-driven mindset, with a focus on setting and achieving measurable goals.9. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends and requirements.
10. Prior experience in B2B marketing of products/services is desirable

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- CRM software: 3 years (preferred)
