2. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in developing and executing marketing strategies (understanding of the professional services industry is advantageous).
3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and techniques across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
4. Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods to derive actionable insights.
5. Proficient in using marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively present ideas to diverse audiences.
7. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
8. Results-driven mindset, with a focus on setting and achieving measurable goals.
9. Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends and requirements.
10. Prior experience in B2B marketing of products/services is desirable
