We are looking for a HR Administrator in the Mobeni area in Durban.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human resource management
- 2 - 3 years’ experience
- Experience with Sage VIP - Advantageous
- Computer literacy.
- Timesheets / Payroll experience - Advantageous

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting audits with required information
- Ensuring IRP5’S are sent out to all employees accordingly
- Completion of UI-19 & Certificate of services
- Completion of confirmation of employment as and when required
- Filing
- Assisting with the recruitment process (setting up interviews)
- Drafting of contracts
- Assisting with new employee starter packs
- Tracking FTC & sending out reminders to the relevant HOD’s
- Org charts - Durban to be updated timeously
- Induction pack to be given to all new employees
- Ensuring the employee of the month hamper are sent out timeously
- Distributing payslips
- Assisting with Adhoc duties
- Ensuring all employee’s have a Job description
- Tracking and sending out reminders for all local foreigners and expats
