**Job Overview**:We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with the day-to-day operations of the company's human resources functions. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in developing their career in human resources and wants to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR-related documents
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Manage employee data in HR systems and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all employee information
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct research and gather data on HR-related topics as assigned
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field beneficial
- 2+ years of experience in an HR support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience with HR software is a plus
