- The administrator will be responsible for the approval and maintenance of all Guardrisk General Insurance brokers.**Requirements**:

- Bcom Law degree
- RE5
- Legal knowledge of contracts
- At least 1- 2 years administrative experience
- Basic knowledge and operation of Word and Excel
- Basic insurance knowledge essential
- Basic system operating knowledge essential
- General short term insurance administration

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Prepare and send the broker intermediary agreement to the broker for signature, once received send internally to management
- Load intermediary agreements onto Mfiles and NEO platform
- Update the broker distribution list and ensure accuracy of all contact details
- Administration/ support for GGI product teams
- Monthly reports and reports as requested by S&M
- Active Client listing of active business for which brokers cancelled business report, new business report, quoting stats and report and new brokers approved for month cancelled brokers-if applicable for that month
