**Accounts Receivable Clerk**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Essential: Certificate or Diploma in Financial Management or similar qualification.
- +4 years’ experience as a of Account Receivable Clerk / Debtors Clerk.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, and SAGE.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the financial and administrative functions ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Expected payment schedule / Cash Flow Management.
- Statement and Invoice Submissions.
- Balancing accounts receivable transactions on multiple entities and accounts.
- Accounts Reconciliation.
- Generating Invoices.
- Opening of Accounts.
