- Confidence to engage with customers telephonically
- Commitment to attain a high level of technical product knowledge in order to build credibility with the customer base
- Maintaining and observing a high degree of professionalism, ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Display prompt and effective organisation, planning and decision-making skills
- Professional and enthusiastic attitude to work
- Own / dependable transport
- Willing to visit customers to grow business

**Education / Experience**:

- IT Industry experience is essential **3-4 years**:

- Grade 12 or higher

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Processing a high volume of product orders
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions
- Checking prices and quotes are up to date
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
- Taking phone calls from customers
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers
- Processing POD & Invoice log sheets for all customers
- Updating customers with logistics changes
- Following up on orders, quotes and deliveries
- Achieve a set number of calls daily, consisting of follow up calls to the customer base, as well as proactively sales calls to existing and new customers
- Record call details and update accordingly
- Ensure that each customer contact opportunity is maximised by selling the full Syntech product portfolio
- Proactively participating in sales and marketing campaigns to reach team targets and objectives
- Meeting daily KPA Metrics in terms of a number of:

- Quotes and Orders Process, Outgoing calls made, achieving daily Gross Profit targets.

**Salary**:

- R1800 pm guaranteed commission (4 months)
