Facilities Liasion Officer

Conduct ingoing, pre-exit, and outgoing inspections
- Conduct regular house visits
- Coordinate overnight bookings, tenant visitor access, and vehicle entry
- Log water leaks and notify external plumbers as needed
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
- Administrative duties
- Sourcing of quotations
- Liaising between suppliers and tenants regarding maintenance and repairs
- Ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Provide support with utilities, maintenance, and credit control
- Any Adhoc duties as requested by Manager
Requirements:*
- Grade 12 qualification or higher
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (facilities management, administration, or building and maintenance management)
- Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail, persuasiveness, and assertiveness
- Cultural sensitivity and decisiveness
**Computer Skills**: Computer literacy with regard to the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and MDA computer software (advantageous)
*Working Hours:* Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
