We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Personal Assistant with a strong financial background to join our team and give support to the directors of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the appropriate accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Generate financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Utilise accounting software, particularly Sage, to manage financial records and generate reports.
- Chasing of invoices from suppliers and carriers.
- Taking minutes of meetings.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the Directors and the business.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Assist with managing the company's BBBEE scorecard, ensuring all elements are addressed and optimised.
- Coordinate audits and verification processes with BBBEE verification agencies.
- Assisting in the preparation for meetings, included, but not limited to Board meetings, staff meeting etc.
- Conduct research and gather information for projects and presentations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the Directors and the business.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Sage accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field.
- Experience in the ISP or Telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with Sage or other account systems is essential.

Pay: R20 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sage or other account systems: 2 years (required)
- PA experience including minute taking: 2 years (required)
