This position reports to into the CEO's office.

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Excellent 'followup' skills

Duties

  • Record keeping and filing.
  • Handling incoming calls and/or written correspondence.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors, as needed.
  • Making travel arrangements; and be open to national travel.
  • Ability to interact with high profile clients and executives.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Project coordination.

Competencies

  • Solid Excel, PowerPoint and Word abilities.
  • Verbal and written communication in English.
  • Planning and organising.
