A media company that specializes in delivering comprehensive coverage of economic and financial news with a focus on the African continent is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator. Through its various platforms, including television and online channels, the company offers in-depth analyses, interviews, and reports on market trends, business developments, and economic insights. With a commitment to providing timely and reliable information, it serves as a valuable resource for businesses, investors, and individuals seeking to stay informed about the dynamic landscape of African economies. The principal responsibilities of the Sales Support Co-Ordinator are to support the Sales Support Manager and Sales Team.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in sales support or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with advertising systems
Ability to create professional proposals
Experience managing marketing materials
Detail-oriented with accurate reporting skills
Collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proactive with initiative for workflow efficiency
Familiar with program performance monitoring
Deadline-driven with achievement of set KPIs
Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement
Flexible to take on additional responsibilities as directed

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Generate accurate content progress reports for management
Coordinate distribution of relevant documentation to departments
Update contract reports regularly
Schedule meetings for Sales Executives
Prepare customized, professional proposals for clients
Manage advertising systems and coordinate material, scheduling, and financial details
Provide comprehensive sales support to the team
Handle marketing materials, including rate cards and brochures
Produce sales support materials for event advertising packages
Submit weekly status reports to the Sales Manager
Monitor program performance and adjust schedules for improved ratings
Ensure smooth day-to-day Sales Department operations
Deliver detailed weekly sales reports, including meetings and concluded sales
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline reflecting proposal values and net costs
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the Head of Sales
