We require an experienced HRIS system administrator to support the People Systems Team and ensure that we are continuously supporting business change, articulating business requirements and robustly testing new solutions that impact HR. This, along with restlessly identifying improvements to existing controls, data, systems and processes to ensure maximum potential is achieved and to drive operational performance.
**WHAT IS REQUIRED**:
- A minimum of three years' hands-on HRIS experience - Sage People experience is especially desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work with deadlines
- A methodological and analytical thinker with attention to detail
- A proactive and independent worker with the ability to prioritise
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Must be trustworthy and discreet with confidential information
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in insights, analytics, reports and dashboards
- A passion for data excellence and a proven track record in HR analytics
- The ability to work independently and possess sound judgment in order to escalate matters to management where appropriate
- The ability to work in a fast-paced organisation
- The ability to remain composed and achieve multiple deliverables under pressure
- A highly motivated individual ready to overcome barriers and obstacles to reach their goals
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
- Acting as first line support for People Systems queries including triaging all queries from people system helpdesk
- Acting as second line support for general People Systems queries from the business (if it's related to the system)
- System administration of multiple People Systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS) and liaising with the wider business
- Reporting management and governance, including managing ad-hoc data requests from the business and maintaining scheduled reporting
- Supporting the wider People Systems team with end-to-end testing of new functionalities and processes, including exposure to Core HRIS, Talent, Performance and Integrations, Pay flow, Benefits, LMS
- Ensuring the People Systems training materials and process maps are up to date and accurate
- Holding training sessions for People Team and the rest of the business on new functionalities or refresher sessions
- Managing data audits across the system to maintain data quality
- Providing an excellent customer experience by troubleshooting complex problems, investigating errors, and resolving them efficiently
- Producing training documentation and training end users and help to facilitate change management activities
