Junior Desktop Support Technician

Our client based in East London is looking to hire a Junior Desktop Support Technician that will be responsible for data manangment and handling client queries.

**Minimum Requirments**:

- Grade 12
- National Diploma in InformationTechnology (Advantageous)
- A+ and N+ or ComptiaA (required)
- Exchange 365 basic administration
- 1-2 years working experience with relevanted experience
- Active Directory (advantageous)
- ERP system knowledge (advantageous)
- Unedorsed driving license with reliable vehicle
- Ability to commute or travel as and when required.

**Key Responsibilities not limited too**:

- Onsite hardware, software, updates and repair
- Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of computer systems
- Preparing progress report
- Diagnose and resolve hardware related issues on Desktops and Laptops
- Knowledge of Desktop/laptop hardware,multifunction printers, networking, device support (mobile devices), LAN, WAN, hardware, networks (data & voice), operatingsystems, remote connectivity, platforms and configurations.

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Graduate

Ability to commute/relocate:

- East London, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
