- Creating Asana tasks for promo's, newsletter, weekly carousels, flyouts as well as briefing merchant priority campaigns into Asana.
- Load promo and merchant priorities on Google Ad Manager timeously
- Monthly Google Ad Manager reports for promo and merchant priority campaigns
- Prepare campaign proof of execution reports
- Daily monitoring & trafficking of all inbound Marketing enquiries from Zendesk & Marketing inbox, escalating to relevant team members and responding directly where possible
- Assist CRM team with CRM campaigns and One Trust ticket management and execution.
- Creating and management of coupons and coupon campaigns using the coupon tool and campaign & monthly performance reports
- Update marketing calendar with Marketing activities and campaigns.
- Monthly marketing invoicing and income reporting & reconciliation
- Responsible for managing, creating and distributing of vouchers for the marketing team
- Administration of all Marketing-led competitions and prize-draws (including winner selection, prize fulfillment and CPA compliance documentation)
- Coordinate competition agreements and upload T&Cs onsite
- Assist Brand and Traffic Management teams as and when required
- Track and report on key marketing metrics and campaigns
- Assist with planning and executing partnership, events and sponsorship campaigns
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations by collecting, analysing, and summarizing all applicable data.
- Send weekly Marketing Activity Updates to relevant teams

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- 1-2 years experience as a Promotions/Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role
- Internship experience in a Retail / Marketing role desirable
- A strong working knowledge of Excel / Google sheets and Microsoft Office
- Good numerical and analytical skills - adept at creating formulae, graphs etc.
