**Job Profile**:
A new position as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT has become available at TWO OCEANS MARINE at its Neptune Street Facility.
This position will report directly to the Factory Manager
**Duties will include**
- Processing/reporting of hours relating to cost allocations to HR Department
- Communicating with the Buyers for order placement and outstanding deliveries.
- Updating of task lists
- Ad hoc duties as requested by Management
- Reporting on issues such as absenteeism to HR Department.
- Assisting the Factory Manager with statutory requirements
- Updating of display boards and notice boards
**Qualifications**
- A matric certificate
- A post matric qualification i.e. diploma would be advantageous
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Competencies
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Have an attention to detail and accuracy
- Be a team player and a high respect for staff and fellow workers
- Ability to work independently

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE AND COMMESURATE WITH EXPERIENCE
