**Core Description**:
Responsible to provide extensive support to Investor Relations in managing the compilation and distribution of information aimed at improving investor constituencies understanding of the group's strategy, operations and performance. Responsible for all aspects of IR administration, including tracking of submissions, reports and matters arising from Investor Relations within the Telkom Group. Being the key point of contact for analysts and the broader investment community. Assist in developing investor presentations, communications re key events e.g. M&A transactions, press releases, scripts and Q&A briefing documents. Ensure compliance of the Investor Relations website and that it contains all required information and that the information is accurate and up to date. Responsible for the administration associated with the production and issuing of the Annual Reports and presentations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining database management system - NASDAQ (dedicated licence and training)
- Schedule meetings and manage the recording of notes post meetings, roadshows and conferences
- Update database management system
- Running profile reports ahead of meetings from NASDAQ
- Ensure compliance of IR Website as a tool to avoid selective disclosure
- Ensure sell side list is updated
- Upload results material, SENS announcements and presentations of conferences, investor days etc.
- Upload all transcripts from webcast and conference calls
- Maintain IR App and Testing requirements with IT
- Manage roadshows and conferences
- Obtain broker conference dates from all brokers and compile a list of conferences
- Liaise with travel agencies for booking of accommodation and flights
- Liaise with lead brokers for schedules, Visa letters, transfers etc.
- Liaise with PA's of Group CEO, CFO, and Exco members to ensure alignment of plans
- Assist with requisition of advances, roaming, insurance letters, recons etc.
- Organise pre-closed and post results events with analysts
- Work with events management team on annual and interim results
- Organising of Chairman's roadshows
- Organise investor days and roundtables

**Financial Administration**
- Assist with budgeting processes
- Creation of PO's and payment of invoices
- Ad-hoc Integrated Report support i.e. Exco and Board photoshoots, recording of CEO messages, scheduling of meetings with all content players
- Scheduling of campus meetings with the investment community - organise logistics
- Drive on boarding of IR staff - organising access, computers etc.

**Required Certification**:
**Qualifications**:
Relevant 3 year Business related degree or diploma (NQF level 6)

**Experience**:
5 years relevant experience, of which 3 years must have been in Investor Relations environment or high level financial support environment

**Special Requirements**:
Ability to work under pressure.

Willing to work after hours.

Willing and/or able to travel.
